Routing a juice groove with this jig will take you less than 5mins. From setup to completion!

The original bestselling black HDPE plastic Juice Groove Jig.
This jig Comes ready to go straight out of the box.

-Each jig can expand up to an internal size of 27x19” & fully adjusts all the way down to 14x8”

-Each jig kit comes with an extra piece of HDPE that you can use to cut spacers for your specific router/s

-The juice groove jig is designed to be clamped down to any surface.
-You can also use a non slip mat if you cannot clamp down.
-Shown using our handmade MFT dog hole clamping system. Please reach out if you would like the DXF file to make this or instructions.

-Clamp the jig down if possible to avoid any chance of movement. Or use a non slip mat
-Practice on some scrap material before moving onto your workpiece.
-Take multiple shallow passes to avoid the router wanting to grip and pull
